Who we are

This site is operated by the Loveworld Consulate, South America (the Consulate). Questions about personal data: no-reply@loveworldconsulate.org.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
• Nominations: the nominee's name, contact details and profile, and the nominator's name, role, email and telephone.
• Registration (invited stakeholders only): identity, passport and travel details needed to issue an invitation and arrange participation, plus an optional photograph.
• Technical: a session cookie and your language preference. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we process it

To answer your message, to review nominations and issue invitations for the Loveworld Experience, to organise travel, interpretation and attendance, and to keep records the Consulate needs for its programmes. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and the Consulate's legitimate interest in running its programmes.

Who sees it

Consulate staff with a role that requires it. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except providers that host this site and deliver email, and authorities where the law requires it (for example, visa invitation letters).

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months. Nomination and registration records: for the duration of the programme and up to 5 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the data protection laws of the countries we serve, including Brazil's LGPD, Argentina's Law 25.326, Colombia's Law 1581 and comparable laws across the region, you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw consent. Write to no-reply@loveworldconsulate.org. We answer within 15 days.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie (required for forms to work securely) and remembers the language you choose. Nothing else. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
